As the Team Leader, you will take a leading role in coordinating the survey and monitoring efforts for peatlands, ensuring the collection of high-quality, scientifically robust data that informs key decision-making processes. Your work will underpin strategic conservation efforts, support the effective management of peatland ecosystems, and contribute to the achievement of Wales’ environmental goals, including biodiversity enhancement, carbon sequestration, and water quality improvement.

As an organisation we support flexible working. You will be contracted to the nearest NRW office to your home and a suitable hybrid working pattern will be agreed on appointment. Any regular face to face meetings or training will be planned in advance.
