How and where to view full details of an application

An application will consist of completed standard Natural Resources Wales application forms and may be accompanied by additional information such as an environmental report.

Summary details of the application are entered on the public register and held in paper format at the Natural Resources Wales address shown on the notice.

The summary details held on the public register are the applicant's name, address, date of application and brief details of the proposal (including at least the national grid reference of the point of abstraction, or impounding works, source of supply, quantity and purpose).

The notice and the application contain similar information.

If you are not able to travel to inspect the application then Natural Resources Wales may be able to mail you a copy along with any other submitted documents.
