Royal St. David’s Golf Club Limited - Full Abstraction / Abstraction and Impoundment

Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Water Act 2003)

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006 that an application has been made to Natural Resources Wales by Royal St. David’s Golf Club Limited for a full licence to abstract water from underground strata at National Grid Reference SH 57723 30838 at Harlech, Gwynedd. 

The proposal is to abstract water at the following rates and periods for use in spray irrigation: 5.83 cubic metres an hour, 139.92 cubic metres a day and 17,350.08 cubic metres a year, between 01 February and 30 November inclusive in each year.
