Vary a full licence to abstract and Impoundment licence

Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Water Act 2003)

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006 that an application has been made to Natural Resources Wales by The National Trust For Places Of Historic Interest Or Natural Beauty for a different-terms renewal of a full licence to abstract water, serial number WA/065/0004/001, which authorises the abstraction of water from Afon Gorsen at National Grid Reference SH 62247 50915. The different-terms renewal applied for is to revise the technical drawings appended to the licence.

Application is also being made to vary a licence to impound water, serial number WA/065/0004/008, to obstruct or impede the flow of from Afon Gorsen at National Grid Reference SH 62247 50915. The impoundment is an existing weir which controls the abstraction. The variation applied for is to revise the technical drawings appended to the licence.
